Returns Policy

Physical Product Return Policy:

• Only unopened products in new condition can be returned.
• You must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date of any issues or problems with your
• order.
• Send an email to help@robinannescreations.com to receive a return authorization. Your
• product will not be accepted without a return authorization.
• You must return the unopened product to our office within 30 days of the purchase date.
• A restocking fee of 15% will be charged.
• As long as all conditions are met, a refund will be issued.

Downloadable Product Return Policy:

• Downloaded designs are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued.
